What is your greatest personal achievement?
Succeeding to achieve the grades which enabled me to progress onto University, studying Sport Science at Leeds Beckett.

What is your greatest achievement with the Rams?
Scoring a hat-trick against Nottingham Caesars in my first game back after breaking my wrist!

Any advice for this year’s rookies?
Firstly, don’t look back on a punt. That’s how you get bones broken…
Secondly, you’re just as entitled to a starting role, it’s your job to give it your best and earn it!

How about advice for any youngsters aspiring to play senior football?
Keep your focus and always drive to be the best! Your effort will rub off onto your ability on the pitch.

What would you say is your biggest inspiration?
Larry Fitzgerald – always gives 100% and fully devotes himself to the Cards.
